Speaking

MJ isn’t your typical keynote. She thinks it’s crazy to bring cool people together and have one person do all the talking. Covid proved that there’s magic that happens when we engage in person. MJ’s keynotes are steeped in stories, research and inspiration. They’re action-oriented.  And they involve audiences.

While MJ prefers the energy of in-person talks, she cares about the planet and time with her family so she frequently joins remote forums as a speaker or workshop presenter. Beware, she still insists on two-way communication.

Workshops

MJ is a master presenter. She knows how to pique new mindsets, coach behaviors and boost collaboration. She’s equally fluent in person and digitally. Everyone on our team is adept and we cover a range of topics that fall into 3 buckets:

  1. Leading new ways to work

  2. Teaming to accelerate results

  3. Social innovation and impact

Facilitation

We are master facilitators. This craft is essential to create the safe space that teams require to have open, honest dialogue, creative exploration, clear agreements for action (aka decisions). We’re skilled in liberating structures and other creative methodologies that are embodied, active and fruitful. We understand psych safety and take care to notice when people are leaning into their truth or possibly holding back. We view conflict as generative - an opportunity to work at the edges where breakthroughs take place.
